Q. 1. What is BNF Event?

A. BNF Event is an online ticketing system that allows users to purchase tickets for various events, including concerts, conferences, festivals, online teaching, Seminar, Workshops, lectures, gathering, etc.

Q. 2. How do I purchase tickets?

A. You can purchase tickets by visiting to the BNF Event Mini Apps, selecting the event you wish to attend, and following the prompts to complete your purchase. Payment can be made using by only the KBZPay payment method.

Q. 3. How can I buy two different types of tickets (e.g., 3 Normal tickets for my group and 2 VIP tickets for my friends)?

A. You can only buy one type of ticket per purchase. First, select and buy the 3 Normal tickets, fill in the check-in info, and complete the payment. Then, go back to the event page, select 2 VIP tickets, fill in your friend check-in info, and pay again.

Q. 4. What is the "check-in name" in customer contact of check out page?

A. The check-in name is the name of the lead guest at the event entry. If you buy the ticket(s) for yourself, use your name. If you buy the ticket(s) for a friend, use your friend's name.

Q. 5. Where do I find my purchased ticket(s)?

A. You can save your ticket to your phone's photo gallery immediately after completing the payment. Alternatively, you can find it in the "My Ticket" section of the sidebar (which is at the left corner of BNF Event Home page in mobile app).

Q. 6. Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?

A. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the option for a refund or to transfer your ticket to the new date.

Q. 7. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold. Any resold tickets will be considered invalid and will not be accepted at the event.

Q. 8. How do I check in at the event with the e-ticket I purchased?

A. You don't need to print out or exchange your e-ticket for a paper ticket. Simply show the e-ticket saved on your phone at the event entrance. (If require, there may be a ticket verification process with Check-in person ID/NRC/License.) (Note: According to the organizer's specifications, if it is necessary to change to a paper ticket, QR ticket, or other ticket type, we will contact you via the phone number provided during ticket purchase and deliver the changed ticket.

Q. 9. What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

A. If an event is canceled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

Q. 10. Are there any age restrictions for events?

A. Age restrictions vary by event. Please check the event details on our website or mobile app for specific age requirements.

Q. 12. What is “Favorite Ticket”?

A. In the Events list, users can mark their favorite event(s) by clicking the "heart icon” to find it easily or purchase it later. Users can easily find their favorite events under the "Favorite" section of the Side Bar (which is at the left corner of BNF Event Home page in mobile app).
